Commitment to the Program:
- Time Investment: Mentors and Protégés should agree on the frequency and duration of their meetings, whether weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Consistency is key to a successful mentorship.
- Respecting Each Other’s Time: Be punctual and prepared for each meeting. Notify your Mentor or Protégé in advance if you need to reschedule. Respecting each other’s time demonstrates professionalism and mutual respect.
- Active Participation: Both Mentors and Protégés should actively engage in discussions, share insights, and follow through on agreed actions.
Communication:
- Respect and Professionalism: Maintain respectful and professional communication at all times. Listen actively and be open to feedback.
