Dear Members and well-wishers of Kodava Koota,

As some of you may have read in social media and some local newspapers in India, Kodava Koota was mentioned in context with a same-sex
wedding that took place recently in California involving a Kodava.

We want to clarify to all of you that Kodava Koota has nothing to do with any adverse comments made by Kodavas. Marriage is a personal
choice of every individual and  Kodava Koota respects their privacy and choice.

Kodava Koota's mission and objective is to bring the Kodava community closer. We would be glad to help our members on this aspect to 
the best of our ability and knowledge. We want to reiterate that we are not affiliated to any organizations anywhere in the world and 
open to any organization that is committed to the betterment of Kodavas.
